Specifications and Features

AE Stainless was frequently requested to add a 3-point locking system to an enclosure door. The problem is that most standard doors comes with 2 door locks and hence already have 2 holes. AE Stainless designed a stainless steel kit to cover the exiting holes. These fittings also has a M6 stud on the back, which is used to screw in the rod guide.

The outer 316 Stainless steel disk (Hole seal / Hole plug) is the same size as a standard 1/4 turn lock and is fitted with the same seal to maintain the IP66 rating.

This Hole seal / Hole plug is also stocked to seal extra pushbutton holes, conduit openings and knockout openings against dust, dirt, oil and water.

Kit Components:

  • 2 x 316 stainless steel Hole seals with rubber
  • 2 x Rod guides (zinc)
  • 2 x 1.2m stainless steel rods, with rollers
  • 2 x Circlips stainless steel
  • 2 x Rod Adapters (zinc)
